BUST: Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure to keep the tape level!
WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.
I was really impressed when I put this on. The material feels good quality, the top feels secure but not constricting, the straps stay where they are supposed to. I don't feel like I would be fussing with this all event. It's very hard to find things I feel sexy in and I feel sexy in this.

Fits just right. Good value for the price. tiered in dress is a good hight.
I had added an extra two inches on the bottom of the skirt when ordering so it could reach the floor with my shoes, since getting shorter heels, the dress is touching the floor more than I’d like but that was all on me!
