HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.
I loved the dress. The dress was comfortable and elegant.
It is a beautiful dress, beautiful color, great length.
I chose more realistically to previous dresses I own and got a size 8. Fits great and the dress is very well made, beautiful product.
Seller emailed me next day asking for the event date and my measurements and the dress came earlier than expected. Me being the size I am I imagined I would still need some alterations even after giving them my measurements but to my surprise it fit beautifully, and it didn't drag on the ground. The color and fabric was exactly as pictured and was more comfortable than I imagined. All I needed to do was steam some folds out and have to deal with putting the corset back together.
